They have closed this locations. It is not longer there. We ate there on Thursday and Saturday they closed up. The food was bad the last couple of times we were in there.

My boyfriend and I ate here yesterday 9/26/14. The only thing we can't complain about was the food. The restaurant was barely half full. We waited at least 15 mins to be acknowledged and seated by the hostess. When she finally seated us, again we had to wait then ask her 3 times for our drinks since our waiter didn't bother coming over. We went to get our bowls, came back to the table, still no drinks. Finally the hostess brings our drinks after she asked again what we wanted for the 4th time. Then our waiter made an appearance briefly and that was the only time we saw him. We never were asked if we needed anything after getting our food and never was offered drink refills. We waited almost an hour for our check and a to go box but it never came. Dirty tables were all around us and had been dirty our whole visit. The service here was the worst I have ever experienced! I love the food at Ghengis but will never go to this location again!

Great staff, great atmosphere, fresh ingredients but how do you mess up rice!? Twice now I have left this location with a regular to go bowl only to come home to undercooked rice!! For the money I will definitely go somewhere that knows how to prepare rice!

Don't go on a busy day. Overall the food is great, service could use some work, but overall it's good. Don't listen to the guy about portions as he obviously doesn't know how GG works. The reason I'm giving this 2 stars is that they don't really care for the customers. They will let you go and remake a bowl if you messed it up, or if they messed it up and this is a very good thing. However, if you ever want to not get charged for something everything changes. This last time I went in they were very busy, which I understand. I got my bowl after some time and the services was fairly lacking, but again it WAS busy. The rice was severely undercooked and was very gritty, so I didn't eat it and informed my waitress. I waited for a bit to possibly allow for some new rice to be made. My second bowl turned out the same. I cannot stand grit in my food, it's like nails on a chalkboard but in my mouth. So I decided to comeback on another day. I was with my wife, we had two drinks and one drink from the bar. Her bowl was fine. I would like to mention that this is the only time their food hasn't been amazing at this location, and it is not the point of this review! When it came time for the
